In Estonia, establishment, maintenance and holding of oil stocks is regulated by the Liquid Fuel Stocks Act which was approved by the Parliament (Riigikogu) on the 17th of February 2005 and entered into force on the 9th of March 2005.
The following implementing legislation has been established on the basis of the Liquid Fuel Stocks Act (available only in Estonian):
